Project Goal:
Providing tailored support for both women experiencing stillbirth and the midwifery staff caring for them.

Project Overview:
Stillbirth is a profound and traumatic experience for women, their families, and the medical staff. The journey begins at diagnosis, continues through labor, and extends into postpartum recovery, requiring both medical and emotional care.
This project aims to enhance existing support by:
Training midwives in compassionate communication and emotional support.
Providing tools to prevent burnout and build resilience among midwives.
Teaching midwives how to mentor new colleagues and guide grieving parents.
Ensuring that every woman receives necessary information, support, and follow-up care, including a memory package and access to community resources.
By empowering both women and caregivers, the project fosters a sensitive and supportive birthing environment.
