We are developing a course in gender medicine for medical professionals, health sciences students, and the general public. We believe that effective healthcare must consider biological, social, and cultural factors that influence health, with a particular focus on sex and gender differences.
The course will present the latest knowledge in gender medicine through lectures by leading experts in Israel. Our goal is to spark interest and curiosity among participants, emphasizing the importance of sex and gender considerations in medical treatment.
By fostering a community of participants, the course will serve as a catalyst for change, challenging norms and integrating gender-sensitive perspectives into the healthcare system.
Through increased awareness and public discourse, we aim to drive meaningful societal change, ensuring that everyone receives the best possible diagnosis and treatment. Additionally, the course will promote more equitable, tailored, and effective communication between healthcare providers and patients.
