This project aims to prevent sexual harassment within medical teams at Wolfson Medical Center through a pilot program. It will later be expanded to other hospitals. The goal is to create an educational and practical foundation to address sexual violence among medical, paramedical, and support staff.

The project involves two main components:
Education and Training: an educational program in collaboration with The Association of Rape Crisis Centers to raise awareness of sexual misconduct in the workplace. The training will include tailored content for different sectors in healthcare, with varied platforms (online modules, group discussions, etc.) for effective delivery.
Internal Protocol: Establishing a clear internal protocol for handling sexual harassment cases, with defined roles and responsibilities for staff members, including department heads and HR. The protocol will outline how complaints should be handled, timelines, and coordination with external bodies like the Ministry of Health.
This initiative seeks to create a continuous, open discussion on sexual harassment, ensuring proper and comprehensive management of such issues.
